  • Connect to Mobile APP

    • Press and hold "RESET" for 6 seconds until blue light flash.
    • Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open APP.
    • Click "+" on top right corner to add device named "WiFi Feeder".
    • Enter correct 2.4GHz WiFi password. If WIFI password contains special characters or more than 12 digits, please change password first.

  • Set up Feeding Plans

    • Set 1-10 meals per day with 1-12 portions per meal.
    • Portion size: 10-20ml

  • How to Record Voice and Manual Feeding

  • Recommended Food Types

    • Only for food, mixed shapes kibbles, freeze-dried food.
    • Wet food is not recommended.

  • Recommended Kibble Size

    Only suitable for kibble between 0.1”-0.5” (3-13mm) in size

  • Set Portions Correctly

    If you’d like both pets to eat 6 portions of food per meal, then please set 12 portions per meal.

    Can’t connect to WIFI
